Boden report.
We had a blast in Boden last Saturday! We played a full 90 minute set, and gave it our best. The response was good, and we think people were hungry for our message. We want to thank Frida, Daniel, Peter and Samuel for all the help, and another big thank you to Magnus at Sundberg Production for the PA, and Smoke :-)

Hello everyone!
We're back from a fantastic night in Glommersträsk. We had a birtdayparty for Anders, and we spent some time with his family. We were so spoiled by them. They gave us LOTS of food, and they helped us with everything we needed throughout the whole evening. It's a Big family with a very Big heart. Thanks!!!
The show was GREAT! The place was packed, and the atmosphere was "touchable". After the show we were able to stay and talk for a while, and it was a blessed time.
We hope to be back soon!
Last friday, 13/3, we had such a great time at Acusticum, Piteå. After setting everything up during the day, we in Laudamus started the show. We played a pretty intense set, and the audience seemed to enjoy what we did.
Tundra was the second band out, and they were awsome! They had some bad luck with a guitar cord, and also the power went off, but they dealt with it in a proffessional way, and after that everything went smooth.
The last band out was Black Widow. It was nice to have this guys on board again. They totally rocks! They played a pretty long set, but they never lost focus, and the people enjoyed them!
Thanks to Daniel Nyberg for great sound. Tundra and Black Widow for your quality Heavy Metal. Thanks to the audience for coming out to check us out, and thanks to everybody for being great friends.

Many thanks to all of you who arranged and helped us with the show in Vilhelmina this weekend. It was nice to see that so many defied the freezing weather for some metal!
Laudamus gives special thanks to Christina for wonderful food and a bed to sleep in and to the guys in Nightwanderer for the opening act!
We had an awesome night and hope to come back and do it soon again

Hello again!
First we would like to send a big thank you to the members of "Black Widow" and " b-low" and of course mr. sound Daniel Nyberg. You all did a great job last saturday in Black Box. And thanks to everybody who came to see the show, we had a great time.
December 5th we will do a show in Korpilombolo. We're really looking forward to that. It will be the first time that Laudamus will play there. It's on a festival called Nightfestival.

It’s time for a show in Piteå again. This time we will play together with “Black Widow” and “b-low”. We’re really looking forward to this show that will be November 29 at Acusticum (Musikhögskolan).

So, it's finally time for us to play live again! Tonight we will play in Umeå and tomorrow in Lycksele. We're really looking forward to these two shows and we hope that alot of people will show up.
Next saturday, October 25, we will do a show in our hometown Piteå together with two other bands, Tundra and Cryonic. You have to be 18 years old to come to this show and the price is 100 swedish crowns. Just send us an e-mail if you like to buy tickets.

Rock'n roll folks!
We guess you already know, but let's just make it official ones and for all: We
have a new drummer! His name is Anders Wigenstam, and we're very happy to have him
on board. As you will all see in the near future Anders is a very dedicated person,
and we can't wait to get out on the road to rock for all of you guys! We would like
to take a moment and thank all of you who showed up for audition. We had a hard
time making the decision of who to choose, but at the end Anders was the one.
Our first show with the new line up will be in
August 2. It will be
at "lulekalaset" in one of the tents, and we're really looking forward to it.
Please spread the word, and show up :-)
Peter is in the USA right know, and will be back in june. Jonas and Anders are
working hard to be able to impress him when he gets back.
New songs are coming together, and we're excited about the future.

Dear Friends!
We are sorry to announce that our dear friend Robert Eriksson has passed away.
Robert was only 37 years old this year, and left us way too soon. Robert was a
great drummer, and a very warm person, with a good sence of humor. We did several shows
with him through the years, and it was always a treat. Our prayers goes to his
girlfriend, and his family.
Everytime someone close to us dies, or get really sick, we tend to think about life
and death for a while. We think that those times are oppurtunities for us to get closer
to God. He is the one who holds life and death in his hands, and when life gets
tough, we can (if we dare to) feel his presence in a special way, since he is the
big comforter. God will never force himself upon you, so if you don't answer him
when he calls you, you might miss him.
Jesus, we thank you for Robert, and we're so thankful for the time we had together
with him. Lord, we ask you to be with his girlfriend, and his family, to support
and comfort them in this very tough situation.

Hi Folks!
Laudamus has held some auditions. We tried out six different drummers, and it was
such a blessing to see all the dedicated people who wanted to get the job as the
drummer for Laudamus. We are humbled, and honored to be a part of this, and we wish
that we could use all of you in some way. Our mom think it's too much with more
then one drummer though :-)
In the next couple of weeks we will sit down and try to decide what to do with all
this. We believe that God has some plans ready for us, and we are very exited to
start working very soon. So, keep your eyes open to see who's going to be the
drummer for Laudamus!

Hi everyone!
Here in the Laudamus camp we're still in the process of putting things together
again. We're writing new songs, and we're pretty exiting about start recording them
as soon as we find the time to do so.
The 7th of april we did a show here in Piteå with an exellent new band called Chained. Check them out! They are a great band, and some really cool guys as well.
The show was our first show in Piteå since 2004, and it was good to see all of you there. The band line-up was Peter and Jonas (as usual), and then we had Stefan Berg on guitar, and Markus Nyström on drums. Theese guys did an amazing job, and it was so much fun playing together again. Thanks guys!! We want to thank Sundberg Productions for sound and light, and Lars Nilsson for giving us the oppurtunity to
put this together. We also want to thank Pastor Bob Beeman for coming all the way from Nashville to speak at this event. You are a true friend!

It’s been quite along time since we updated this site in a more serious way. Some of you might wonder what’s going on here, so now it’s the time for us to speak up and tell you the truth!
2005 was supposed to be a great year for Laudamus. We had a lot of things planned, and we were really looking forward to start doing all those great things. Unfortunately the year 2005 turned out to be the worst year in the history of Laudamus so far. Personal tragedies led to chaos and financial problems, and suddenly everything fell apart. It has taken us more than one year to get back on our feet again, and now we have started to look forward again.
The bad thing is that it’s not over yet. Jonas Cederteg has decided to leave the band. We’re very sad to see this happen, but after moving to Gothenburg he decided to not continue with Laudamus. We want to thank Jonas for all the hard work, and dedication to the band through all those years, and we wish you good luck with your “new life” in the south!
We’re looking for a new drummer, so if you’re interested, please contact us!
In June we released the CD “LAUDAMUS”, which is a rerecording of all the songs from the “Unlimited Love” CD and also the two songs “Be there forever”, and “Oh Lord” from the vinyl single we did back in 1991. The four songs from the EP “Ready or Not” are also included as bonustracks. We want to thank Christian Rivel for believing in us and putting it out there, and we hope that you guys like the CD and want to continue to support Laudamus!
There are plans for a complete new CD in the future. Peter and Jonas are working on some songs right now, and hopefully they will be recorded soon.
Please keep Laudamus in your prayers! We still believe that God has some plans, and that he’s able to open up some doors. We sure hope to be out there soon to see all of you!
